1. Who we are
EON Express is a service of EON Web Services, a trading name of EON Risk Services Ltd (company number 677655), Ballyvalloo, Co. Wexford. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean EON Risk Services Ltd, and "you" means the person or organisation that books.
2. What you get
A website of up to four pages (Home, About, Services or Menu, and Contact) for one of the eight categories listed on our services page, for a fixed price of €400 including VAT. The price includes a .com web address for the first year, registered in your name. Anything outside that shape, such as online shops, logins or booking systems, is quoted separately.
3. Booking and payment
You book a day through the website and pay a deposit of €200 to confirm it. The balance of €200 is due once your site is built and you have approved it. By paying the deposit you agree that we may charge the balance to the card you used, after you approve the site. We send you the approval link first, and we do not charge the balance before you approve. Later edits cost €60 each including VAT, and are paid for when you request them.
4. Timing
We aim to have your site ready for you to review within 24 hours of the day you book, provided you have given us what we need. Time spent waiting for your answers, files or approval does not count towards the 24 hours.
5. Review and changes
You can ask for changes to the content and layout within the agreed four-page shape until you are happy, before you approve. Approval means you accept the site as delivered. Requests that go beyond that shape are quoted separately.
6. Ownership and handover
After you approve and pay in full, we transfer the website code, the hosting project and the web address to accounts in your own name. From then on they belong to you, and the web address renews at your cost after the first year. You keep ownership of everything you give us. You confirm that you have the right to use any text, photos, logos and other material you provide.
7. AI and accuracy
Your site is built with AI tools, and we check it before you see it. You are responsible for reading it and telling us about anything that is wrong, especially names, prices, opening hours and contact details, before you approve it.
8. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel at any time up to 24 hours before your booked day, and we will refund your deposit in full. After that point the deposit covers the work already begun, and is not refundable unless we fail to deliver the site. If we cannot deliver your site, we will refund everything you have paid. If you are a consumer (an individual buying for personal use), these terms do not affect your legal rights, including any right to cancel under Irish and EU law.
9. Our responsibility
We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

11. Changes and law
We may update these terms for future bookings; the version in force when you book applies to your job. These terms are governed by Irish law, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction.
